Store policies and procedures.
1.) Special order items require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of order and all special order items are not refundable.
2.) Any returned item requires a 20% restocking fee to cover wear and tear on the unit.
We only sell sealed box merchandise as new, repacked returns are not able to be sold as new therefore we must sell a returned unit as open box or used for a lesser price.
3.) We do not accept trades.
4.) Sale items are subject to availibility and previous sale.
5.) No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
6.) A bounced check fee of $25 will be required.
7.) Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and all items must be returned to the manufacturer for service.
8.) Warranties do not cover misuse of the equipment or power problems in your home.
